Discover the Guests in the Spotlight kit, the original and totally personal wedding activity. With it, you and your guests will participate in creating a unique and artistic tableau, immortalizing the guests as they are on your wedding day.

This way you will remember each of your guests with emotion and keep a wonderful, unique memory.

The "Guests in the Spotlight" activity is easy to set up thanks to our complete kit. Your guests can choose the wooden silhouette that best represents them, color it to match their outfit, and stick it on the board. They can also sign it with their name to leave their mark on this collective artwork. All you'll need is a table and an easel to get started with this activity, which will quickly become an unforgettable moment of your wedding!

Note: Order a few more silhouettes than the number of guests you have so that everyone can find their place!

EVERYTHING IS INCLUDED , namely:

An acrylic sheet measuring 100x70cm

4 sets of 29 wooden guests (i.e., 116 guests) and the box containing them (sets containing CHILDREN and ADULTS) (see photo)

Personalized wedding couple and their hidden pouch

24 colored markers, 1 white marker, and the box containing them

All you will need is an easel and a small table to start the activity! (You can easily borrow these from your venue, which usually has them available).
This item includes a total of 4 sets of 29 silhouettes, for a total of 116 different guest silhouettes: 4 sets of 12 women, 4 sets of 12 men, 4 sets of 2 teenagers, 4 sets of 2 children, and 4 sets of 1 baby. In addition, there is a bride and groom couple.

This corresponds to an average wedding of approximately 115 guests.

If your wedding has more than 115 guests, you can purchase up to 12 individual silhouettes. Otherwise, please contact me so we can create the perfect kit for your wedding.
Please allow approximately two months for production. This timeframe depends on current orders. Depending on the wedding dates of the orders, I may also prioritize certain productions to ensure each wedding receives its Guest Kit on time.

In any case, you will receive your kit approximately 1 MONTH BEFORE the wedding date . So don't worry if our email exchanges get closer to the date, even if you placed your order months in advance 🤗
